Balasia serves as a drop off/pick up center for community supported agriculture (CSA). CSA is how local residents can ensure the quality of their food as it is hand picked on local farms in the area. Our center provides the community of Emmaus with a way to get greens, root veggies, fruit and more 12 months of the year just by “keeping it local”. Kempton Township’s Red Earth Farm and Quiet Creek are just 2 of the ‘Beyond Organic” local farms that keep us all very happy.
